Sample Itinerary: History trip to Rome, Italy

Nothing is more fun than exploring Rome to take pictures of ancient buildings like the Coliseum, the Pantheon, and the Spanish steps. Make sure to snap a few pics of the delicious pizza and gelato while you're there. With over 3000 years of culture, there will be plenty to discuss in your History classes on your return! Rome is the perfect location for students studying History, Politics, Architecture, Art & Design, Science & Technology, Modern Foreign Language and Latin & Classics.

Morning Afternoon
Day 1 Arrive in Rome and visit The Catacombs of Saint Callixtus. Embark on the Time Elevator activity, a fun way to explore the city.
Day 2 Enjoy an exciting guided tour of the Altemps and Massimo Palaces. See the Colosseum and Roman Forums and enjoy a tasty meal of Italian cuisine.
Day 3 A guided visit to the Borghese Gallery and Rome Museum of Contemporary Art before a picnic lunch. An inspiring trip to St Peter's Basilica, Sistine Chapel and Vatican Museums.
Day 4 Stroll to the Trevi Fountain and enjoy some free time in Via Nazionale. Pick up from accommodation and take a private transfer to the airport.
